DETAILS INFORMATION ON PROJECT / PROGRAMME / SCHEME
Works executing under School Health Services Programme :
1. Schools of L.P. & M.E standard are visited in the Head Quarter (Dist.) level as well as in the P.H.C level by preparing provisional monthly programme within 5 K.M. radius.
2. School Students are examined by designated Medical Officer who diagonised and referred School Student for further check-up at P.H.C and Civil Hospital if required and medicine distributed to the ailing Student accordingly.
3. Students Name / Height / Weight are recorded in a Register during School visit.
4. Printing IEC materials are distributed after imparting Health Education to School Teachers and Teachers.
5. Compilation of monthly performance report of the District & submission onwards to the D.H.S, Assam and JT. D.H.S (H.E.B. & S.H.S), Assam , Guwahati in time.
Works executing under Health Education Services, Dhubri :
1. Organisation of Health Exhibition from time to time.
2. To organize meeting etc. to observe any special Health Day in the district like World Health Day on 4 th April etc. in every year.
3. To maintain co-ordination with different Govt./Non-Govt. Agencies within district.
4. Distribution of printing IEC materials.
5. Make arrangement for Audio Publicity during post flood period.
6. Preparation & compilation of monthly report.
7. To take part in very Health Programmes & passing thereof.
